1. Membership Term

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Entire Agreement
